PRODUCT RETURN TERMS
• Exchange or refund is permitted within 7 days from the date of purchase provided that the goods returned are unused and in their original condition accompanied by an invoice.
. If bought during a promotion or sale,only exchange is permitted within 7 days from the date of delivery accompanied by an invoice.No refund will be provided.
• The return of ruined, worn-out products or those with missing accessories or invoices are not accepted.
• ECCO stores in the United Arab Emirates will accept a refund from an online order.
• All products should be packed in their original package.
• Only items purchased via ecco.ae are eligible for return.
• The original invoice of the product must be placed in the package.
• The price of the products deemed eligible for a refund as per the associated terms shall be deposited to your account within 14 business days. It may take up to business 14 days for the refund to hit your account due to the banking procedures.

• The eligibility for exchange is for the size and style.
• For product exchange, the only process available is a direct exchange in any ECCO store within the United Arab Emirates.
• The original invoice will be required at the point of exchange.
