The ECCO Refresh Spray freshens up your footwear with an aromatic citrus scent. This spray is helpful in preventing unwanted smells and is most effective when used on a regular basis. The lemon-scented spray is especially well suited for sandals, pumps, and sneakers.

 

 

- Deodorising formula is designed to provide instant relief for smelly shoes

 

- 100 ml pump spray

 

- Apply before a shoe starts smelling. Remove insole and spray on the inside of the shoe, as well as the underside of the insole. Leave it to dry before placing the insole back in the shoe. For sandals, spray directly onto a clean footbed and on the underside of the straps

PRODUCT RETURNS 

There are two options for returning a product/s:-

1. Please send an email to ae-info@ecco.com or phone +971 54 581 0670 stating that you would like a refund and you would like to organise a courier to collect the products from your home. The charge for this service is AED 20 and the cost will be borne by the customer. Please also include your pick-up address in the email.

2. Return the item direct to the any ECCO store in the United Arab Emirates. 

PRODUCT RETURN TERMS

• Unworn items may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery provided that the goods returned are unused and in their original condition accompanied by an invoice. Either organise the return via courier as per the above process in point 1 or directly to the store as above in point 2. 

• If the product (s) is bought during a promotion or Sale, only exchange is permitted within 7 days from the date of delivery accompanied by an invoice. no refund will be provided.

• The return of ruined, worn-out products or those with missing accessories or invoices are not accepted.

• All products should be packed in their original package.

• Only items purchased via ecco.ae are eligible for return.

• The original invoice of the product must be placed in the package.

• The price of the products deemed eligible for a refund as per the associated terms shall be deposited to your account within 14 business days. It may take up to 14 business working days for the refund to hit your account due to the banking procedures.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE TERMS

• The eligibility for exchange is for the size and style. If the product (s) is bought during a promotion or Sale, only exchange is permitted within 7 days from the date of delivery accompanied by an invoice. no refund will be provided.

• For product exchange, the only process available is a direct exchange in any ECCO store within the United Arab Emirates.

• The original invoice will be required at the point of exchange.

• In case of defective goods, it will be dealt in accordance with the consumer protection law of U.A.E.

• Your order will be shipped within 4 business days with Aramex.
